Health and Human Services has made it very easy for companies to file for their own waiver to certain aspects of Obama Care. Given the personal mandate and challenges in getting health care insurance, perhaps each of us should be filling for a Waiver. The process is very easy:
- Fill out an excel spreadsheet
- Follow some instructions
Its unclear that we will get the waiver. And, I am sure there are a whole bunch of things the Obama administration has done to make it difficult, but at least we should let HHS review a waiver from each of the 300M americans.

Approval
To actually get your waiver approved, you need to donate to the DNC: http://www.democrats.org/ or http://www.barackobama.com (Or anyone of a dozen unions). But if you want to eliminate the need for a waiver then you should probably donate to the RNC: http://www.gop.com/
Additional Help
Of course, personal attention is always helpful, so you might consider a detailed note to the program administrators at OCIIOOversight@hhs.gov I am sure they would love to get a lot of emails asking for their help in filling out the paperwork, given the nice pension they have and all.....
